Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS)
LTSS offer help doing everyday activities, LTSS can assist you with things like bathing, dressing, getting around your home, preparing meals, or doing household chores. LTSS include care in a nursing home, as well as certain services to help a person remain at home or in the community. These are called Home and Community Based Services or HCBS.
Tennessee offers Medicaid programs to provide Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to qualified individuals. These programs are administered by TennCare and managed by Managed Care Orginizations (MCOs). The MCOs are AmeriGroup, BlueCare & United Healthcare.

Employment & Community First (ECF) CHOICES
The ECF CHOICES program helps individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities integrate into their communities, develop independent living skills, participate in training activities, learn job skills, explore employment opportunities and find meaningful employment in their communities.

CHOICES can assist you with things like bathing, dressing, getting around your home, preparing meals, or doing household chores. Tennessee's CHOICES program includes nursing facility services and home and community-based services (HCBS) for adults 21 years of age and older with a physical disability and seniors (age 65 and older).
